September 21, 2025 – October 21, 2025
We have recently adopted new behaviors, done them in a more habitual way, and begun to integrate them into more areas of a our lives.
This is very good. However, we still have a little bit of an attachment to details, logic, and perfectionism that is making us worry about our new behaviors, not trust them, or stifle them from fully taking shape.
As a result, we are now this month trying to get rid of these last few things in the way of these new behaviors. We are also trying to put in more boundaries and structures in order to protect these new behaviors so that we stop falling backwards into these old habits (like we have so many times before).
And — we are able to do it! That, in turn, helps us to go in EVEN MORE on these new behaviors we have adopted and pursue them to the greatest and fullest extent that is possible! That then helps us to manifest more new and better experiences for ourselves that we have been trying to get to for quite sometime.
Once that happens, we then feel more strong and certain of this new approach, and adjust our sense of self to fully embrace this new person we are becoming.
Explore this lunar month’s four major moon phases below.

Letting go of details, logic, and perfectionism
September 21-29, 2025
We have recently started to act on new behaviors that are based on passion and emotion (instead of logic and pragmatism). These behaviors are actually going quite well to change our lives for the better. However, we still have a little bit of doubt, anxiety, and worry creeping in, telling us these actions are wrong. We also have our logical and practical mind still trying to over-control the situation a little and talk us out of it. It is a bit uncomfortable. However, this week, we finally let that anxiety and logic go so that it no longer has power over us — and surrender even more to our new actions. That then opens up more unexpected ideas, news, or insights trying to push us further in this new direction. However, these unexpected ideas may be a little overwhelming or disorienting.

Protecting the new behaviors
September 29-October 6, 2025
We have recently gotten some new, unexpected ideas to push us even further into different behaviors based more on passion, as well as a new experience of life. However, we are hesitating to take action on these new ideas, because they feel a bit overwhelming. Instead, we are taking the time to more fully understand these new ideas, process what we have recently learned, and put more boundaries and structures in place to protect these new actions and new experiences we are creating.

We are starting to feel more ready to go all in on new behaviors and a new lifestyle even more than before. We then start to take action on these things. October 13-21, 2025
We have taken more actions to improve our lives on some unexpected ideas with some new, more passionate behaviors. We are now seeing them work to create different and better life experiences for us, as well as a totally different sense of self. We may also continue to get more unexpected ideas about things we can do to improve our lives! It feels very exciting and positive, but also a little scary. As a result, we realize that we need to take some time this week in between all the exciting ideas to get in touch with our emotions, nurture ourselves, and more fully ground this different experience with the inner foundation it needs.

Questions for Reflection
You can answer these questions to yourself, in your journal, or in the comment section.
- What big change have you been trying to make to finally turn your life around for the better since 2020?
- What actions have you recently taken to get into that new and better experience that were based on passion and emotion (instead of logic and pragmatism)?
- How have those actions changed your life so far?
- How have those actions NOT changed your life so far? In other words, what is still stuck in your life and not where you want it to be?
- What other actions can you take based on passion and emotion that can improve your situation that you haven’t tried yet? (It is OK if you don’t know this yet. Ideas may come unexpectedly this month.)
- Is there any sense of logic, intellect, or pragmatism that is causing you to doubt your previous actions or hesitate? If so, describe what that is to you.
- How can you protect the actions you have taken based on passion and emotion, so that the logic and pragmatism doesn’t get in the way?
- What kind of person do you see yourself as? Do you see yourself as someone who takes risks, or someone who plays it safe?
- How can you adjust the idea of yourself, so that you see yourself as someone who is bold and courageous (which is needed now at this time)?
