We are now trying to remove ourselves from any external situations that have been confusing or frustration so that we can go inwards to better understand what is happening, why we are struggling, and how to deal with it.

That is a very positive thing, actually helping us to feel more calm and get some important answers we need.

The answer we get is that we are struggling because we still have unhealed trauma from the past that we have fully resolved and released, which is keeping us too stuck in our head, detached, nervous, and caring too much about what other people think.

As a result, we then feel much now that we know what the issue is. We also begin to heal some of that trauma and get even more insights about how to do that.

This is very good. But the more time we spend healing, we begin to feel uncomfortable and hurt.

That is because we realize that there is a lot of trauma left to heal, or a very significant chunk of it. It is also because we feel like healing this may take more time, which would prevent us from moving forward on other things we might like.

As a result, we may experience more negative emotions, frustration, and confusion.

However, if we can sit with those emotions and nurture ourselves through them, I think we will then start to feel more calm and peaceful and possibly get more intuitive insights as well!
