Identifying what needs to be healed

We are now going inward to better understand why we are struggling to move forward in life on some new blessings that have recently started arrive.

At the beginning of this week, doing that is very helpful — giving us a very significant insight about just that.

The insight we get is that the reason why we are struggling to accept some blessings into our lives is because we have some unresolved trauma from the past 15 years that now needs to be healed — and that this trauma is from all the times we ignored our emotions and acted out of accordance with them (or when our emotions were taken advantage of).

That is then highly triggering and makes us feel overwhelmed, exhausted, sad, angry, and frustrated.

But at the same time, there is also weirdly a sense of inner peace or relief.

There is a sense of inner peace and relief because now we know what the issue is and are in a safer space to handle it. It is also because we are now able to start the healing process.

The more we lean into that feeling and think about our healing, we then realize that there is just too much healing to do overnight and that we need to delay or put off some things in our lives we were hoping to do until that healing occurs.

That’s a bit frustrating at first too, but deep down I think we also know that this is the right thing.

That then gives us some more time to better understand what needs to be healed and how exactly to heal it more.
