But even though it is positive, we then feel frustrated, angry, and upset. That is because our outer world does not align with this new realization and we are worried we won’t be able to bring the two together.

Some of us may then act out suddenly and unexpectedly as a result in unhelpful ways.

Because of that, I recommend that you be patient, kind, and compassionate with yourself as you work through these things and give yourself more time to do so.
