As a result, we feel frustrated, upset, stuck, and angry!

But even though we feel stuck and angry, we eventually begin to come to terms with the situation we have found ourselves in and make more changes internally and externally to be different.

This is very good. However, it keeps us so busy and changes more things, that we soon feel exhausted and overwhelmed.

Because of that, I recommend that you just pace yourself as your make more adjustments, and plan in some down time so that you don’t burn out.
