April 27, 2025 – May 26, 2025
We have been trying to change our lives to be something different and better since 2020. However, it has been very difficult to do.
Well, the past few months, we have finally found more motivation and inspiration to try again to turn our lives around for the better — this time in a way that will actually work!
As a result, at this new moon in Taurus, we are beginning to take action on the inspiration we have found in order to turn our lives around. It is actually going well. However, we start to get a little scared and impatient and rush the process.
But this time, after all we have learned the past five years, we know that rushing and forcing our situation is not the best way forward and comes from a place of fear, insecurity, or lack. As a result, we go inwards to calm ourselves and find our inner strength. That then helps us to slow down, prioritize our actions, and focus on what truly will work to improve our lives for the better.
But as we begin to move forward in this slower, more focused, and more confident way, we realize that communication is extremely important to ensuring our success with our behaviors. We realize that we need to let people know what we are doing more publicly instead of work in private. We also realize that we need to be more flexible and open minded. Without those things, we will remain stuck.
We then begin to communicate with others about what we hope to do and be flexible. It does create arguments and disagreements with others who may not like the changes we hope to make. However, we don’t let these arguments or disagreements stop us or sway us in another direction. Instead, we act like the bull and dig our feet in.
This time, we finally know what we want to do to change our lives for the better since 2020 and have more confidence we can achieve it — no matter what it takes, who thinks it will work, or how long it will it take, too.
Explore this lunar month’s four major moon phases below.

New Moon in Taurus
Trying to rush major life changes
April 27 – May 4, 2025
We are trying to continue acting on a few small things that are a direct reflection of our heart and soul (and will ultimately turn our lives around for the better by July). They actions are actually going well. However, we are starting to get more and more ideas about what we can do, and more more excited about our progress. As a result, we get more impatient and try to rush the process or force things to happen. But deep down, we know that rushing and forcing is not the best way to proceed (especially after everything we have learned the past few months).

First Quarter Moon in Leo
Calming our emotions & slowing down
May 4-12, 2025
We are now trying to stop rushing and forcing our actions (to improve our lives) so that they can happen in their own time and way — and ultimately be done more effectively. But — it is frustrating to stop that and slow down. We want to change everything in our lives immediately! We also worry that if we don’t change everything right away that it will never happen. However, we eventually are able to calm our emotions and find a better path forward that is slower, more stable, more focused on what truly matters, and that will be way more effective in the long term. We also find more courage and confidence in ourselves to do what needs to be done, no matter how long it takes.
Pluto retrograde in Aquarius (Sun., May 4, 2025) — 3 degrees

Full Moon in Scorpio
Finding our own voice and the strength to assert it
May 12-20, 2025
We continue to make changes in our lives again — except this time in a slower and calmer way. However, we are struggling to feel as though these slower, more focused actions are working and feel stuck. That is because we are not being as flexible throughout the process as we need to be and are not communicating enough with others about what we are hoping to do. As a result, we (or the people we are connecting with) may communicate in strong or angry ways in order to break free from that stuck energy. This can then create arguments and disagreements. However, we (or the people we are connecting with) don’t care this time if arguments or disagreements happen. Instead, we are holding true to our own truth and moving forward in this different way regardless.

Third Quarter Moon in Aquarius
Communicating more about the changes we need to make
May 20-26, 2025
We are now beginning to see a different future for ourselves after recently speaking up and honoring our truth. That is a future in which our own inward beliefs and experiences matter more than those of other people (or external sources) trying to sway or argue with us. However, more communication is still needed to lock this different future into place and continue changing our lives for the better. As a result, we (or the people we are connecting with) may then continue to communicate about their truth and their plans — which could also occur suddenly and unexpectedly for a second time. This communication may continue to startle others, shake things up, or throw a wrench in some plans. However, it is necessary to create a life that is truly authentic.

Questions for Reflection
You can answer these questions to yourself, in your journal, or in the comment section.
- What big change do you want to make now (and over the next few months) to finally turn your life around for the better since 2020?
- What are the action steps you can take to finally make the change?
- Out of all those action steps, which ones do you think are the most important or will make the most impact? Those are the ones that need to be focused on first or the most.
- Is there a part of you that is afraid you won’t be successful at taking these actions and turning your life around for the better? Why or why not?
- How does fear impact your behaviors? Does it make you want to hesitate in taking actions — or conversely rush the process?
- How can you calm the fear and believe more in yourself?
- Communication is strangely linked to your success with these actions you hope to take, and may be an important first step. What might need to be communicated about in regards to your action plan and with who?
- How can you start to communicate about the actions you hope to take with the people involved in your situation who need to know?
- Do you think the people you are communicating with will like the things you have to say? Why or why not?
- If they do not like what you have to say, how can you keep saying what is important to you anyways?
- What more might you need to say after the initial conversation and how?
