We are now trying to slow down so that we can smooth over any issues from last week and better understand why we currently feel stuck in our lives.

Early on during this time period, it is working to help us re-group and re-center ourselves, get more in touch with our emotions, and feel more grounded.

But even though we are feeling better and more grounded, there are still some big questions we have about why we are stuck and unable to move forward that are still unresolved and confused.

As a result, we then feel a sad, overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated, and uneasy.

Because of that, we then act out suddenly and unexpectedly in order to break free from this confusion and get more answers that we need — and the way we act out is by simply BEING happy in our situation and ALLOWING things to happen, without forcing them.

However, that then triggers us A LOT and makes us feel like our situations are a bit messy and out of control.

Because we are so triggered, we then start to get a bunch of very significant realizations about our situation and why we are stuck that we didn’t see before.

We realize that we are stuck because we are having difficulty receiving happiness and good things into our lives as a result of trauma from the past 15 years in which we always have to do things, prove ourselves, or be on alert for an emergency.

We also realize that we now need to make conscious choices in order to fix this by allowing ourselves to be more at ease and in tune with our emotions, and not get stuck in old habits and patterns that are more strict.
