We are now getting a bit more serious and realistic so that we can better get answers about why we are feeling stuck and unable to be happy and receive blessings into our lives.

And — it is working! Early on this week, we are getting some very significant realizations about just that.

The first realization we are getting is that the reason why we are feeling stuck and unable to receive blessings is because of unresolved trauma from the past 15 years when we have ignored our emotions and been too stiff and stuck in emergency mode.

The second realization we are getting is that we now need to fix this by making a conscious choice to cultivate the exact opposite traits, which is to honor more of our emotions and nurture ourselves.

This is very positive!

But even though this is good, we feel a bit triggered and uncomfortable. That is because these insights and their solution feel a bit foreign to us, out of our comfort zone, and not what we are used to. It is also because we do not know how to act on these insights, or feel like it is difficult to do.

As a result, I recommend that we stop trying to act on these insights and instead just spend the whole week just sitting with the insights, processing them more internally, and letting them work more of their magic within us first.

That will then help us at a later date act on these things more effectively, once the inner world has shifted first.
