You are also realizing that the way to now fix this is to cultivate a different side of yourself that is more emotional, nurturing, and sentimental — and to connect with other people who help you to do that.

Because these realizations are so significant, I recommend that you hold off on taking big action to fix this, and instead just give yourself time to sit with the insights and let them hit home within your soul.
