We are now trying to go deeper within ourselves in order to figure out what is keeping us stuck, heal any trauma in the way, and make more changes to be more emotional.

Early on this time period, we are having a lot of support to do all of those things, even though it is still very painful and upsetting.

But the more we go deep, heal trauma, and make change … the better we start to feel, all of a sudden! That is because we begin to see all our efforts to be more emotional pay off in a more secure way. We also start to become more confident in our abilities to handle the situation. We also get more clarity on our next steps and current desires.

But once we feel better, see our situations change, and get clarity — we then start to feel a little uneasy. That is because we and our situations have changed so much to be and desire something that we didn’t necessarily feel we wanted to be or desire before.

As a result, I recommend that we go with the changes that occur during this time period — and make even more adjustments in many other areas of our lives to accommodate what is happening.
