Lunar Month of Virgo 2025: Forming A New Habit (To Overcome The Final Blockages Since 2020)

August 23, 2025 – September 21, 2025

Since April 2025, we have begun to act in new and different ways that are simpler, easier, and more in touch with our passions. That is because we have been acting in the exact opposite ways over the course of the past few years prior to this — ways that were hard, complicated, and based too much on responsibility — which created a life we were not happy with.

It has taken us a few months since then to adapt to those new behaviors, believe in them, and step into our power surrounding them. However, we have recently done so.

As a result, we now this month are ready to more fully integrate these new behaviors into our daily routine and do them in a more habitual basis, instead of just on occasion whenever it feels good. We are also ready to apply them to every single area of our lives, not just the few areas where it feels safe.

It may makes us a little anxious or nervous to develop this new routine, but I believe that we do it! Acting in these different ways more regularly then allows us to finally fix anything from the past few years that has been keeping us stuck, release any old situations or blockages that are not in our best interest, and move into different ones!

This is a big moment, finally allowing us to move completely into that so-called new, different, and better experience of life I have mentioned in so many previous horoscopes.

But after we do it, we then need to trust and have faith that we have done the right thing, and life will just continue to work out even more in our favor after this point. We also need to stop striving to get to a better place in life, and realize it is already here. We may also need to tend to any sad emotions from the past and heal those.

Explore this lunar month’s four major moon phases below.

Adopting a new routine (that will help us overcome the final blockages from the past)

August 23 – August 31, 2025

We now know that the way to fix anything from the past that has been keeping us stuck is to take action in ways that are easier, simpler, and based more on our passion. We also know that we need to do these actions on a more regular and habitual basis (instead of just on occasion whenever it feels easy) if we really want these behaviors to work. We also have more courage to do it. As a result, we are now preparing to take these different actions and make them into a regular habit — something we do day in and day out. Some unexpected events, as well as fear and anxiety, may come up, making that difficult. However, I do not believe we let this fear or anxiety hold us back for much longer. We have learned and grown a lot over the course of the past few months and years. We want to do what needs to be done, regardless of how uncomfortable it may or may not feel.

Forming a new habit (to fix the final blockages from the past)

August 31-September 7, 2025

We begin to actually take the action in this different way (on a more regular and habitual basis) in order to fix anything from the past that has been holding us back, perhaps somewhat suddenly and unexpectedly. We are still a little anxious or nervous about these actions and what they might entail. However, we continue onwards with them, holding onto faith that they will pay off later down the road. The more we continue with these actions, the more things begin to adjust in our lives — for the better! More old things from the past that have been holding us back fall away. More new and better things begin to enter our lives. As more things adjust, we begin to feel more excited for what is to come, and less anxious.

Taking a big leap of faith

September 7-14, 2025

We have taken some actions to improve our situation and are beginning to form a habit based on these different behaviors. As a result, we continue to see our lives re-arrange themselves for the better right before our eyes! We may also take a big leap of faith with these new behaviors to improve our situation even more. Once that is done, we then need to stop trying so hard to make changes happen. Instead, we just need to surrender and allow the changes we have already initiated to occur. We also need to finally let go of the old situations, emotions, and sense of self that is no longer serving us. That may require us to work through some deep feelings of sadness or grief.

Readjusting to a different experience

September 14-21, 2025

We are now a bit exhausted from all the action and the emotions that came up during the process. We are also still sad about or grieving over the old experience. As a result, we realize that we need to slow down a little so that we can be better process what is happening to us and rest. The more we rest and process our emotions, the more insights we get about our experience and who we are becoming, which may occur suddenly and unexpectedly. These insights may throw us for a loop because they may reveal a significantly different identity and life experience than we had before, which may feel disorienting.
